Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and payroll administration to ensure efficiency.
• Lead scheduling and attendance to meet business objectives and compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt Associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming store environment with high safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff across registers, service desk and fitting rooms.
