Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cordova, TN to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This role is part-time and involves supervising associates, maintaining displays, and ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment.

You will assist with opening/closing, payroll/ scheduling tasks, and loss prevention while delivering excellent customer service and organizing stockroom and sales floor. Training and supervision provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives is required.
• Retail or store experience helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
