Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Baltimore, MD, to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, maximize sales, manage expenses and inventory, and develop the store team for exceptional customer service.

You will lead merchandising execution, staff training, and HR-related tasks while ensuring policy compliance and a positive shopping environment. Flexible scheduling and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Experience in merchandising and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead and train store team; support recruitment and performance reviews.
• Monitor expenses and inventory; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain store standards.
• Support scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
