Job summary

DTLR, Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses, and uphold merchandising standards across the district stores.

You will train and develop the team, ensure excellent customer service, and help with hiring, performance reviews, and compliance while maintaining a 40-hour work week and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
