Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Hyde Park location in Tampa, FL. The role leads store operations and staff to achieve sales goals while delivering an elevated, sustainable customer experience.

You will supervise the sales floor, coach teams in real-time, and ensure inventory integrity, loss prevention, and optimal scheduling. A strong focus on people, brand values, and exceptional service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve business performance.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive the execution of an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador and educate on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience with a client-first mindset.
• Assist customers and coach the team for continuous improvement.
• Balance sales and service by scheduling effectively while achieving payroll goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead in-store training.
• Contribute to loss prevention and store governance.
• Assist in merchandising presentation and standards to improve customer experience.
