Reformation in New York seeks a Store Manager to lead store performance, customer experience, and team development. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive sales, manage operations, and embody the Reformation brand and sustainability storytelling.

You will hire and train the store team, optimize scheduling and payroll, uphold inventory controls, and collaborate with corporate partners to optimize allocations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.

Responsabilités

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take actions to improve results.
• Own store operations to meet revenue targets while managing budgets.
• Drive exceptional client experience and act as brand ambassador.
• Lead the sales floor and train staff for service excellence.
• Schedule staff to balance productivity and payroll goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in loss prevention.
• Provide performance feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and corporate partners.
