Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York, NY to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering an elevated customer experience. You will report to the Store Manager and help guide staff, coaching for results and ensuring brand standards in sustainability and service.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, executing staffing plans, maintaining inventory controls, and supporting merchandising and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience working in a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling to balance payroll goals and staffing needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team on controls.
• Contribute to loss prevention and store operations.
