Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is seeking a Store Team Lead to supervise daily front-end operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with state regulations while supporting a high-performing team and ensuring profitability. 21+ age, prior retail management, and cannabis industry experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Experience working in Retail Management (1-year minimum).
- Experience in Customer Service (3 years minimum).
- Experience in cannabis industry highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Oversees Front Desk staff and supports phone/email replies.
- Assist with customer inquiries online, by phone, and in person about cannabis laws and inventory.
- Supervise sales activities of budtenders and maintain excellent customer service.
