Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Retail management experience (1 year minimum)
• Customer service experience (3 years minimum)
• Cannabis industry experience highly desirable
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience
• Authorized to live and work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as needed
• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure support for calls, voicemails, and emails
• Assist customers online, by phone, and in-person on cannabis law and inventory
• Supervise budtenders and maintain top customer service
• Assist with training schedules and mentor new hires
• Delegate duties to staff during MOD shifts
• Maintain inventory best practices with Inventory Manager
• Manage cash handling and daily registers
• Protect guests, staff, and assets from risk
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and authorities
• Be a resource for Product Specialists on product knowledge
• Support store reputation and brand integrity
• Stay updated on cannabis regulations and enforcement
• Foster team trust and positive work environment
• Represent the company at community events
• Attend meetings as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal, local, state regulations
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Perform other related work
