Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as handheld and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stand, lift and walk.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments for productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maximize presentation and brand standards.
