Job summary

MINISO USA in Tempe, AZ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team of sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory and shipments, participate in recruitment and training, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting the Miniso brand and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Must have proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations is required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Coach and mentor trainee associates to hit sales targets.
• Drive customer engagement and promote the membership program.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentations.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, and returns; manage stock levels.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and training for store talent.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and safety.
• Handle cash and daily financial tasks following SOPs.
