Job summary

AT&T Eureka is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will help manage merchandising, product launches, and meet sales objectives while coaching a team of retail sales consultants. The role includes outreach and off-site events, with paid training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
