• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English; ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Lead all aspects of store operations and ensure company policies are followed.
• Oversee payroll administration, scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates; manage daily store activities.
• Monitor expenses and maintain budgeted payroll hours; analyze store performance.

• Drive customer service programs and merchandise presentation through coaching.
