Qualifications

• Experience with cash register functions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling staff and training employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory; control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms; ensure compliant merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity via cashier accountability, cash handling, deposits.
• Assist in managing store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
