Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in retail with six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager guidance.
• Support store financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.
