AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Lutherville, MD to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, merchandising, and promotional efforts. You will mentor a team of sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers on-site duties, best-in-class training, and opportunities to drive performance and initiatives across the store and beyond.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Help to meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure customers have an extraordinary experience.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
