AT&T in Columbia, MD is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and deliver the best customer experience across AT&T products and services.

You will partner with the store manager for merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives while representing the brand in local promotions and off-site events. Training and development are provided to build leadership for career growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team of retail sales consultants.
• Coach, train and develop staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and participate in off-site promotions and events.
