Job summary

You will manage daily operations, coach team members, oversee POS and self-checkout, support in-store programs like Balloons and Loyalty, and ensure omni-channel service including BOPIS and same-day delivery.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of store policies and standards and accountability for team.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee in-store programs and events such as Balloons, Loyalty, and Outer department initiatives.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
