• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staffing during peak hours
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members; provide coaching and feedback
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries
• Perform store opening/closing duties and maintain security and merchandising standards
