O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and day-to-day operations. This role will lead the store team during shifts and ensure service excellence for retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise retail showroom service levels and execute customer service programs.
• Assist in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and interviews with management
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders efficiently.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled accurately and promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Coordinate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages.
