Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and on the floor.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise intake, stocking, restocking and displays per planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support store security, cash control and refunds/overrides procedures.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
