Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Pasadena, TX team. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, develop staff, recruit, and ensure a customer-centric environment. You’ll manage assets, training, and drive store profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Hours are retail-based, with a base hourly rate plus commission and store-performance bonuses. Benefits include medical plans, wage access, vacation, 401k, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management or third-key experience.
• Ability to supervise others effectively.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Develop and retain top talent through coaching and recruiting.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Open/close store, count cash, secure assets and follow procedures.
• Drive profitability by analyzing store performance and managing loans.
