Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and controlling damages and losses.
• Ensure planograms and product presentation per store standards.
• Maintain cashier accountability and deposit procedures; sign refunds/overrides.
• Assist with store management in the manager's absence.
