Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Work through your team to teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees' work-related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Keep score daily — review your store's key sales and operational metrics every day, and adjust before gaps become targets.
• Set the bar for guest experience, resolve escalations, and ensure complete solutions for guests.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and build relationships with district leadership.
