Gap is seeking a General Manager to lead a profitable store, align the brand vision with in-store execution, and coach a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to grow sales and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a college degree or equivalent, and strong communication. Travel may be required to meet business needs. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Perform Service Leader duties.

• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
