Job summary

Michaels Stores in Huntsville, AL is looking for team members to keep the store clean and welcoming while assisting customers. You will perform cleaning tasks, stock and arrange merchandise, and support store operations with safe, friendly service.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, adhering to company policies, and helping with basic Omni-channel duties. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and ready to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors according to procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and place them back correctly.
• Clean assigned areas with approved materials and equipment.
• Deep clean bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and high traffic areas.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and restock as required.
• Follow SOPs and company policies and comply with applicable laws.
