Job summary

Michaels in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Store Associate to help keep our store clean, welcoming, and fully stocked while delivering friendly customer service. You will handle routine cleaning, assist customers with purchases, enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Evenings and weekends may be required; prior retail or cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail or cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Handle cash register duties and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
