Job summary

Michaels Huntsville-East is seeking a part-time Retail-Store Environment Team Member to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and assist customers. You will help with stocking, checkout, and store operations while delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled public space.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and weekend/evening shifts; training and SOP adherence are provided, with a focus on a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards across all areas.
• Assist customers, help them find products and enroll in rewards programs.
• Perform cleaning tasks: dusting, mopping, trash collection, restocking.
• Support checkout, BOPIS and SFS processes where needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules and company policies; report supply needs.
