Job summary

Michaels in Auburn, AL is seeking a store associate to maintain the store’s appearance, cleanliness, and recovery standards while delivering our brand promises. You will offer friendly customer service and help customers locate products and complete purchases.

Responsibilities include stocking, dusting, and aiding with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes, plus adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. Working nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and cashiering.
• Stock, merchandise placement and planogram compliance.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; participate in safety programs.
