Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. seeks a store associate in Gainesville, FL to maintain a clean, safe store and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers find products, run registers, and support store operations to uphold our brand promises.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, executing planograms, promoting the Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, and following SOPs to ensure compliance. Weekend and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Uphold federal, state, and local requirements for the role.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Handle checkout tasks and promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and stock/store operations.
• Support truck uns loading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
