Job summary

Michaels Stores in Tampa-Clearwater, FL is seeking a Store Cleaning Associate who helps maintain the store’s look and safety. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers in finding items, and perform cleaning and stocking tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, assisting with checkout, and participating in planogram and omni-channel processes to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and cash handling.
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
