Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets and contribute to overall company targets.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain product knowledge to advise customers.
• Hire, train, and develop store staff with district guidance.
• Manage cash handling, POS procedures, and operations controls to ensure accuracy.
