Job summary

Lindt USA in Nashua, NH seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver premium customer experiences. You will drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure product knowledge, cleanliness, and adherence to Lindt standards.

Responsibilities include meeting sales plans, training teammates, managing stock, cash handling, and maintaining operational controls. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Help train and develop store staff to maintain Lindt standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to avoid out-of-stocks and overstock.
• Manage cash handling, POS processes, and store paperwork in compliance with procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to quality assurance policies.
