YOUR MISSION:
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Ensure the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective planning, expense control, and excellent service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning for high-performing employees.
  • Manage payroll and create service-driven schedules to maximize profitability while delivering top customer service.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and Assistant Store Managers.
  • Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and handle complex issues; capable of presenting to large groups.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
