Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Moscow is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House and coordinate receiving, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

As a store leadership role, you’ll supervise associates, uphold safety and asset-protection standards, recruit and onboard new team members, and collaborate with management to drive results while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude.
• Willing to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload; accountable for productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Coordinate community relations participation through company programs.
