Burlington Stores is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house receiving and merchandising operations in a full-time role. You will direct unloading, sorting, and flow of goods, while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

This leadership position serves as a stepping-stone to management within our growing organization. You will build strong teams, coordinate workloads, and drive results by partnering with store management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or related environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety policies for customers and associates.
• Guide and coach associates; participate in scheduling and workload planning.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff.
