Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving merchandise to the sales floor.

This leadership role helps develop into store management and requires a proven supervisor who builds strong teams. You will drive workload planning, uphold safety, and promote a diverse culture through teamwork and partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail, off-price, or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving goods to the floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct associates, coordinate workload, and monitor productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff; participate in workload planning.
