Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Stafford, TX is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations and ensure merchandise flows smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. You will work closely with Store Management to drive efficiency and results.

Qualifications

1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
