Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Houston to lead the Back of House area and coordinate receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow.

This role partners with Store Management to drive results and develop a strong team in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading/sorting cartons, processing merchandise, flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Directing associates and workload; coaching and recognizing performance.
