You will supervise the receiving process, coordinate loading/unloading, and ensure merchandise flows smoothly to sales floors while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortage and drive safety for customers and associates.
• Direct associates and workload to maintain productivity and protect merchandise.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance.
