Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area and partner with Store Management. This role is a stepping-stone toward management, requiring a proven leader who can drive results and build strong teams.

You will supervise receiving, merchandise flow, safety, and adherence to policies, while coaching associates, assisting with recruiting, scheduling, and weekly planning. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Drive compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload planning.
• Ensure team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Attend weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations initiatives.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
