Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Sebring, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back‑of‑house area and work closely with store management.

You will direct unloading, sorting, and processing merchandise and ensure readiness for the sales floor. As a proven leader, you will build strong teams, uphold safety and asset protection, plan weekly workloads, and participate in recruiting and onboarding of new associates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines; promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize good performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in weekly workload planning.
