Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance; participate in weekly planning.
