Harbor Freight Tools invites applications for an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will lead and develop staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a safe, clean store during flexible hours.

A strong leadership background and a drive for retail career growth are essential. The role offers a compensation range of $25.00–$27.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and PTO up to 152 hours annually with paid holidays.

Qualificações

• Recent leadership experience in retail.

• Ability to lead and coach others in a store setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
