Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) in a high-performing retail team. This role values leadership experience and a passion for a career in retail, with opportunities to grow and lead others.

Anticipated rate is $20.75 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a company 401(k) plan, plus PTO and sick time accrual. Respectful schedules align with store hours (6am–10pm).

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
