Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team. You will be empowered to lead, deliver professional customer service, and take pride in your work.

The anticipated pay is $26.26–$28.88 per hour with a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, and paid sick time. Schedule is 6am–10pm, with strong opportunities for promotion and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach others and handle scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model 'Great Place To Work' behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
