Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team. This role offers a monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off for Associates and their families.

Respectful schedules support a 6am–10pm operating window. You will lead, coach, and develop others, model professional customer service, and maintain a safe, organized store while serving as Leader on

• Recent leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
