Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model great place to work behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
