Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) for a role that supports a high-performing team in a retail environment. You will be empowered to lead, coach, and develop others, ensuring outstanding customer service and a well-organized store.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ($30.50–$33.55) with potential monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more. Schedule availability 6am–10pm is required.

• Leadership experience preferred for supervising a team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to model professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
