The Michaels Companies Inc. in Trenton-Princeton, NJ is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and maintain a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Role includes truck unload, stocking, and merchandising duties, plus support for omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS; cross-training in framing is possible. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance to keep store in stock and well-merchandised
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain a positive image and model behavior
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
